My girlfriend and I were traveling to meet in Pigeon Forge this past Veterans Day weekend. She was commuting from Ohio and I was coming from Florida. On the way to Pigeon Forge after a recent tire rotation the garage failed to tighten all of the lug nuts on the right front tire of my girlfriends car long story short the wheel flew completely off. Triple A then towed her car to Creek Side Auto Repair and I was meeting the rollback there. I arrived about a hour and a half early to learn that Scott has no idea she was on her way. Without any complaints or questions he happily accepted the job and completed it in a very timely manner and at a very affordable price (cheaper than anywhere I have ever been). He went more out of his way by not making us pick up the vehicle from his garage immediately after the work was complete he waited until Sunday afternoon and offered to even meet us in Knoxville. This is a experience that I have not had at any garage I have ever been to. Very professional, honest and friendly and he knows his stuff. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone around that area in Tennessee over any named garage Pep boys, Monroe etc. I promise once you stop you will not be disappointed!
